Mrs. Chap told me that the crystallis are just hanging around right now. What is happening inside the crystallis? Are they continuing to eat? How is that happening? How long does the 'thing' stay inside the crystallis? And how does it get out?
I was wondering if anyone could give Mrs. Daukantas an explanation of what the "thing" is that she asked the question about. How long does the "thing" stay inside the chrysalis? Does anyone know the answer to this. We do have a timeline in our binders that may be some help with this question. Happy Thursday!!!

I hope you all are aware that this is my first expericence with a blog. As the days go on and the comments get posted I am learning, evaluating and adjusting. In order to make a comment you need to have a profile account. I have found the easiest way to do this is to create a google account. Key word google account and follow the directions. All you'll need is an email account and password. The most important part is for all of us to do is to get the children involved in the comments OFTEN. We have a saying in Lunenburg Public Schools...those who do the most doing...does the most learning. Blog on 2F.
it takes about a week for the catterpillars to come out
